Career & Experience
Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, originally as a litigator, but for the last 20 years he has provided strategic guidance to management teams, transformed client services and managed internal operations.
Jeff is responsible for supporting the firm to deliver client services in innovative ways and to develop products and services using technology. He also ensures the firm challenges itself to continuously improve the way it operates to deliver its services. He prides himself on a strong commercial and collaborative approach and being able to positively influence senior stakeholders to develop existing and establish new services and capabilities.
Outside of work Jeff enjoys exercising his two Labradors on the beaches of South Wales, watching rugby and playing the guitar.
