Foot Anstey bolsters its Developer and Retail and Consumer sectors with latest Partner hire

National law firm Foot Anstey continues its ambitious growth with the appointment of Holly Henderson as a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Joining from Forsters, Holly will be based in the firm's Guildford hub. Holly brings extensive experience in real estate transactions, with a strong focus on the retail and leisure sector. She advises landlords of major shopping centre developments on asset management strategies and works with high street retailers and multinational brands expanding into the UK market.
Her expertise spans acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management. Holly’s client base includes tenant occupiers and institutional investors.
Commenting on Holly's arrival, Partner Carol Phillips said: "We are thrilled to welcome Holly to Foot Anstey as we continue to strengthen our sector approach. Holly's fantastic reputation in the retail sector coupled with her strong technical ability will be a huge asset to our clients."
Holly said: "Foot Anstey is on a really exciting growth journey, and I was drawn to the opportunities available at the firm. I’m especially looking forward to collaborating with the Retail sector team to further strengthen the real estate services we offer clients. Building on the firm’s strong track record in this space, I'm excited to be able to advise retailers on their expansion plans and support their growth in the market."
Following the arrivals of Partners James Clark (Planning and Infrastructure), Melanie McGuirk (IP), and Hayley Steel (Construction) in January, Holly becomes the fourth partner to join Foot Anstey in 2025, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to its bold growth strategy.
