Our commercial energy team draws from a wealth of experience obtained both in-house and acting for a variety of national and international clients. This includes:

  • Considering the applicability of various exemptions to activities that are licensable under the Electricity Act 1989.
  • Advising on the operation of Government support schemes (such as the Contracts for Difference) and participation in NESO-run revenue generating schemes (such as the Capacity Market).
