Jake is a Trainee Solicitor at the firm having gained his LPC at the University of Law in Exeter, an LLM in International Law from the University of Bristol and a BA (Hons) in Languages (German/Spanish). As a trainee at Foot Anstey Jake will gain the skills to become an expert in law and a business advisor that can turn their legal knowledge into commercially savvy solutions for clients.
Prior to starting his training contract with Foot Anstey Jake worked as a paralegal dealing with subrogated recovery claims, which involved negotiating settlements and handling small claims litigation. Jake is a keen problem solver and enjoys supporting clients to achieve their goals.
Before embarking on his law career Jake was a translator and translation project manager.
Outside of work Jake enjoys gardening, hiking and socialising with friends.
