Particularly in challenging times, we recognise GCs have to balance dealing with a wide range of proactive and reactive legal issues and risk management on behalf of your organisation, whilst also dealing with the operational side of the role such as running a team, supplier management, systems, processes and technology.

Now more than ever, GCs are tackling unprecedented conversations and situations around business continuity, financial commitments and supply chain matters as well as HR related queries from colleagues and managers concerning flexible working patterns and possible reductions in headcount. We know that your teams are often stretched with competing priorities, balancing routine work alongside strategic projects, and this is even more challenging in the current climate. It’s a role with a huge amount of pressure and responsibility – which can sometimes make it a lonely one.
