In return, you will be invested in and supported to achieve your ambitions. As well as the usual support on client development, and other business support functions, every new partner receives bespoke onboarding and coaching support which is unrivalled in the UK legal industry.

We know how daunting it can be to move firms at Partner level, so we will work with you to ensure your transition is a planned and positive experience.
