Market-leading enhanced parental pay

We support our people, through significant stages of their lives by offering market-leading enhanced parental leave. Maternity, adoption and surrogacy leave – 26 weeks at full pay followed by 13 weeks statutory pay.  Paternity leave – full pay for eight weeks.  Shared parental leave – equal to the enhanced pay we offer at the equivalent point during maternity, adoption and surrogacy leave.

Gender-based health and family forming support

Reproductive health issues can take a toll on you physically, emotionally and financially. Whether that’s infertility, you are going through menopause symptoms or experiencing men’s health challenges. We recognise that these struggles can have a significant impact and therefore we provide fully inclusive educational, clinical and financial support for gender-based health.

Emergency back-up care

We offer back-up care through Bright Horizons to all our people to help them to manage emergency child and eldercare when care arrangements have fallen through unexpectedly. There are also options to exchange your hours for tutoring.

Care reimbursement

If you need to attend a work or client event or training outside of normal working hours, and you need to pay for child or adult care, there’s an opportunity to cover those expenses.

Parental buddy scheme

We help people coming back from parental leave to have a buddy who can share experiences and support them back to the workplace in the best possible way.

 Parental coaching

Returning from extended parental leave and working can be stressful. We offer parental return coaching sessions to enable our people to make that transition more confidently.

Flexi hours

All our people can exchange one full day of annual leave for 15 flexi hours, giving you the chance to spend a bit more time with your friends and family.

Foot Anstey has revisited their maternity and paternity leave offerings, making them, I would say, truly market leading. I think that’s a really important part of trying to bring equality into the workplace.

Hannah Batten Managing Associate

During my Menopause journey I felt fully supported by Foot Anstey and the firm has made the effort to make sure we can talk about menopause and its impact openly.

Getting a sabbatical after five years is such a brilliant opportunity to take time out and do something you’ve always wanted to in the knowledge you have a supportive firm and career to come back to. We really do have some great benefits that support a flexible lifestyle.

You have a lot of benefits when you come here; we have lifestyle hours, we have flexible hours, we have a really good holiday scheme.
