He successfully completed a Qualifying Law Degree from Queen’s University Belfast. He has a particular interest in transactional law, drawn to its fast-paced nature and the cross-functional collaboration required to execute complex financing structures that deliver tangible commercial growth for clients.
Outside the office, Shay enjoys golfing, mountain biking and fishing.
