Foot Anstey has appointed two new Partners and two new Legal Directors across the firm's network of offices and legal specialisms including Real Estate and Energy.

Stuart Cleak becomes a partner in the Real Estate Group and specialises in renewables and energy. Based in the Bristol office, he heads a team advising developers and funders of energy projects.

Exeter based Lucy Gill is promoted to partner within the Dispute Resolution Group. Lucy leads our legacy and trust disputes team and has a comprehensive track record in the charities sector having acted for many large national charities and for trustees, executors and beneficiaries.

Two new Legal Directors, Andy Dunningham (New Homes/Real Estate, Taunton) and Anna Phillips (Real Estate, Exeter) have also been appointed.

As at 1 May Foot Anstey has 49 partners, with five new partners; Tim Taylor, Neil Parkes, Zac Spyrou, Nathan Peacey and Martin Hirst joining the partnership within the past 12 months.
