Foot Anstey advises Elmya Energy on a joint venture with Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure to develop renewable energy projects in the US

Foot Anstey's Clean Energy team has advised Elmya Energy ("Elmya"), a leading international renewable energy developer and EPC contractor with projects in Europe and around the world, on their strategic joint venture with Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure ("Atlantica"). Under the joint venture, the partners will target a development pipeline of 4GW of wind, solar PV and BESS projects in the United States. This joint venture is a continuation of the good relationship between Elmya and Atlantica.

The Foot Anstey team working on this project was led by Kieran van Bussel (Principal Director) supported by Colin Shear (Associate), with specialist input from Emma Earp (Partner) and Aliki Zeri (Managing Associate).
