Kieran van Bussel

Kieran is a Senior Associate in our corporate team and a specialist Clean Energy lawyer. Kieran works on a range of transactional and advisory matters sector, including M&A, Investments, Joint ventures, ESG and ethical investments, development finance, and corporate governance.

Part of our Corporate Energy team, Kieran works closely with the energy, projects, infrastructure and construction team to deliver seamless specialist advice to clients in the UK energy sector. He has supported developers, asset managers, investors, aggregators and energy suppliers on transactions including acquisitions and disposals of solar PV, BESS, co-located generation and storage, wind, anaerobic digestion, micro-hydro and battery storage projects. Kieran has supported a number of clients investing into the UK from overseas.

Kieran is a passionate supporter of community energy and sits as a non-executive director on the boards of Plymouth Energy Community and Tamar Energy Community. He also enjoys cooking, writing, running and walks by the coast.
