Foot Anstey begins 2024 with senior hire

Sam Elworthy has joined Foot Anstey as a Partner in its highly-regarded Commercial team.

Sam has a first-rate legal pedigree having worked at Travers Smith in the City for 12 years before joining Temple Bright and opening their London office in 2013.

Sam handles commercial matters across a range of sectors, including franchising, agency, licensing, distribution, sponsorship, concession, supply of goods and services, outsourcing and hotel management arrangements.

He specialises in ‘separation’ exercises in the context of corporate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of transitional services arrangements, and he is also highly experienced in joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, strategic alliances and other bespoke projects.
