Foot Anstey is growing its planning team with the arrival of partner, Tim Taylor, from Forsters LLP.
A dual-qualified chartered surveyor, Tim specialises in all aspects of planning law on behalf of a wide variety of clients including developers, public authorities and private individuals and has been at the centre of many high profile applications and developments.
He has been regularly recognised as a Leading Individual in the Chambers Guide since 2011, and has received plaudits such as "commercial and responsive". He has also been ranked 9th in Planning Magazine's UK Guide to Planning Lawyers 2013-14 and was named in the Top 100 London lawyers in Super Lawyer's 2014 Guide.
Tim comes with huge credibility and experience in the market and his arrival in our Exeter office is a critical part of our growth plan. He brings with him a wealth of skills and resource to offer our regional, national and international clients.

Tim joins the firm in growth mode; with year-end results for 2014/15 showing strong organic growth and annual revenue at the firm growing by 16%, with turnover increasing to £32M.
