Foot Anstey shortlisted in Private Equity Awards 2022

Foot Anstey's Private Equity team has been shortlisted for the fourth year running at the Private Equity Awards 2022 in the Regional Legal Adviser Category.

The category recognises the overall achievement of regional legal advisers (across Europe) during 2021, and the hard work and commitment firms have to the sector. The award will be presented to the firm that has demonstrated and delivered value to clients through outstanding execution and commercial awareness, in addition to the deals on which it has advised, and the strategies used to solve or mitigate potential issues.

Foot Anstey's entry was based on its differentiators as a firm including viewing private equity as a sector and not just a practice group and the sector’s strategy of being a specialist in advising private equity portfolio companies through its GRIP HighQ.
