Jane is an Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team including Farms, Estates and Rural Land. She works with clients to resolve all manner of property disputes which arise in relation to both rural land and commercial property.
Jane works with a broad range of clients, from farmers and rural landowners to developers and commercial landlords. The work that she undertakes for these clients is varied and includes claims over ownership of land and property rights, landlord and tenant disputes and nuisance claims.
Jane’s recent experience includes acting for a farming family to successfully defend a statutory nuisance claim made by a residential neighbour relating to noise and smells from a dairy farm.
Outside of work, Jane enjoys writing poetry, baking and long walks in the countryside with her Clumber Spaniel.
