HR and employment law: key dates in 2021

2021 is unlikely to see as many sudden and unexpected changes to employment law as we saw in 2020 (who predicted the CJRS in January 2020!?) but it still looks set to be a busy year for employers. We've highlighted below the key changes to be aware of and the key judgments to look out for.

_gat_myTracker	1 minute	A Google Analytics tracking cookie that sets a unique visitor ID, the date and time of the first visit, the start time of the active visit and the number of visits made by a visitor to the site.
