Foot Anstey completes management buy-out deal for Crondall Energy 

National law firm, Foot Anstey LLP, recently concluded a successful management buy-out deal for Crondall Energy Ltd, an independent offshore energy consultancy.

Foot Anstey (legals) and PKF Francis Clark (corporate finance) acted as lead advisors on the management buyout (MBO) process, securing funding and deal structuring. Through an acquisition, the newly established Crondall Energy Holdings company secured all shares of Crondall Energy Ltd. The financial details remained undisclosed.

The team from Foot Anstey was headed by Duncan Sykes, corporate lead Emma Clayton, corporate assistant Emma Robinson, banking partner Emma Earp and banking assistant Michael Bolous.

Founded in 2001, Crondall Energy is a leading independent consultancy providing strategic, commercial and technical services for offshore energy projects using floating and subsea technologies. They specialise in Energy Transition, Offshore Renewables, Floating Production, Subsea & Pipelines, Business Consulting & Technology Development.
