Hat trick of legal panel wins for Foot Anstey's Developer sector

The Developer sector team at Foot Anstey LLP, has been appointed to three housing association legal panels in the last six months.

In November 2022, The Hyde Group announced it had appointed Foot Anstey to its Legal Services Framework for a four-year period, specifically to work and advise on Lot 5b, which covers Development, Construction and General Property services.

The Hyde Group was established in 1967 and strives to provide homes for those left behind by the housing market. It is one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing in London, the South East of England and neighbouring areas.

The Foot Anstey team includes Patrick Wetherall (Partner), Marina Wickens (Legal Director) as Client Relationship Partner, Lara Borrett-Lynch (Legal Director) as Deputy Client Relationship Manager and general support from the firm's development, construction and general property teams.

Foot Anstey's appointment to The Hyde Group is the third housing association panel it has been appointed to in the last six months. It announced earlier this year that it was supporting the Housing Associations' legal Alliance (HALA) on two of its lots, Lot 3 Development and Lot 4 Property, and Advantage South West appointed Foot Anstey, to its 'Development New Build' and 'General Property' legal panels.
