Foot Anstey welcomes new Legal Director to its Developer sector team

National law firm, Foot Anstey LLP has welcomed Phil Parrott as a Legal Director to its Commercial Property team

Phil will be based at Foot Anstey's Exeter office and prior to joining Foot Anstey, Phil worked for Nabarro LLP and Michelmores LLP as well as a period working at Prydis. He has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of real estate centric matters, with specialisms in landlord and tenant matters, focusing on retail, industrial and corporate occupier work as well as leading on local development projects.
