Frances is an Associate in our Plot Sales team. She supports clients with aspects of new-build conveyancing and social housing matters.
Frances has previous experience in Commercial Property with a mix of Developer, Landlord and Tenant and general commercial conveyancing. She has previously acted on the acquisition of land with the purpose of development. She has now joined the residential plot sales team where she will be acting on aspects of new build conveyancing and social housing.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and taking part in short story competitions.
