Jessica is experienced in dealing with a wide range of property disputes, with a focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters. Her practice includes advice on lease renewals, forfeiture, break notices, dilapidations, breach of lease covenants and the general interpretation of contracts as well as real property matters such as restrictive covenants, easements, boundaries, and adverse possession. Additionally, Jessica has significant experience dealing with the termination of residential tenancies, recovery of rent arrears and injunctions.
Jessica has acted for a wide variety of clients including retailers, water utility companies, large portfolio landlords and tenants, including social landlords, and national developers. Jessica regularly deals with the preparation and service of notices and Court proceedings and has experience of the County Courts and First-tier Tribunal.
Outside of work, Jessica, enjoys travelling, long walks and spending time with her family.
