Laura Rajanah is a Legal Director and has dedicated 15 years of her career to the energy sector, supporting a wide range of clients on the real estate elements associated with energy projects. Laura supports clients on various energy sector and real estate related matters. She also has experience in the assembly of multi-landowner development sites and negotiation of option agreements and leases.
She has extensive experience working with clients on the development, construction and investment aspects of projects across UK. She has worked across a range of technologies, including:

- Solar (rooftop and ground based)
- Battery and storage solutions
- Electric vehicle charging networks

- Advising a major utility company in relation to the development of onshore wind projects in Wales
- Advising on real estate elements of two onshore wind farms which were two of the first Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects to be consented in Wales
- Advising a range of clients over a 15 year period in connection with the onshore development of solar, wind and battery storage projects
