Holly is a Partner in our Commercial Property team. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, with a strong focus on the retail and consumer sector. She advises landlords of major shopping centre developments on asset management strategies and works with high street retailers and multinational brands expanding into the UK market.
Her expertise includes acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management. Holly’s client base includes a number of UK high street retailers as well as other tenant occupiers and institutional investors.

- Recently supported a major UK retailer moving its headquarters and working closely with the retailer regarding its expansion strategy across the UK.
- Recently acted for the Landlord of an iconic London development negotiating its leases with high end retailers.
- Acted for a city council acquiring a mixed-use development site for over £130m and supporting the ongoing asset management work.
