She has extensive experience acting for registered providers, developers, landowners and the public sector. She has advised on a range of matters including site acquisitions and site disposals as well as strategic land issues including conditional agreements, options, overage, development agreements and associated easements.
Georgina is known for her proactive and straight-forward approach and working collaboratively with her clients and colleagues to provide a seamless service.
Outside of work Georgina enjoys Horse riding and spending time with her family.

- Acting for a registered provider in connection with the conditional acquisition of two sites subject to planning and the seller obtaining vacant possession of the sites.
- Acting for a national developer on an unconditional site acquisition, with a sub-sale to a registered provider with a conditional on obtaining satisfactory reserved matters permission and an associated land and build agreement for over 50 units.
