Career & Experience

Emma is Executive Director of Legal Operations for Conveyancing Services. Because her role covers the entire conveyancing services team, it facilitates the transfer of our knowledge and learnings, making sure we can provide an excellent, robust and consistent approach for all of our clients.

With over 12 years’ experience in the legal industry, Emma has extensive experience of working within a heavily regulated volume environment with a proven track record of systems innovation and operational management and improvement. During this time, she has been and is responsible for day to day leadership, systems improvement, recruitment, training, HR, risk management, quality control and financial analysis. Her previous background in the Financial Services sector means she is experienced at working in a fast-paced environment like the one our teams operate in.

Emma strives to deliver the best client service possible by continually reviewing our internal processes, and prides herself on the way the support she gives her team allows them to put clients first.

Outside work, Emma can sometimes be found in the gym, but prefers spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
