Sophie advises on all aspects of commercial property law with a specific focus on commercial landlord and tenant transactions, site acquisitions and disposals. Sophie also works alongside our corporate team to provide property advice to clients acquiring and disposing of businesses.
Sophie acts for a range of clients including leading financial institutions, local authorities, institutional investors and PLCs.
Recent work highlights include dealing with the acquisition of a new build 26,000 square foot prefabrication facility in Essex for TClarke PLC (noted in The Legal 500) and a complex sale and leaseback of a 58,000 square foot industrial unit in the South West.
As well as spending her free time outdoors and on the beach, Sophie enjoys indulging her passion for interior design and spending time with her young family.
