Completing Site Set Up for residential development sites in readiness for plot sales. Working closely with the acquisition team, our plot sales team will undertake a full assembly of all the legal paperwork required for a conveyancing sale. Be that the precedent legal documents such as contract and transfer/lease, title documents, planning and infrastructure agreements, registering plans at the Land Registry to achieve estate plan approval, advising on management company set up, and all other relevant documents depending on the nature of the development.

Drafting and negotiating contracts for construction, renovation, repair and maintenance works, including framework agreements, consultant appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties and letters of reliance, as well as deeds of variation/novation.

We are referred by major developers and registered providers across many sites, demonstrating strength in our offering. We also have expertise in acting for buyers at later living developments, shared ownership transactions, Help to Buy schemes and alternative saving arrangements such as Lifetime ISA’s.

Advice and representation at all stages of the Coroner’s Inquest, to include:

  • Responding as an ‘Interested Person’
  • Preparing witness statements / exhibits
  • Representation at Pre-Inquest Review Hearing and the final Hearing.
