Career & Experience
Jade has a range of experience advising on residential development sites for a number of regional housebuilder clients, registered providers, care and retirement living providers, and boutique luxury developers. Her expertise includes advising clients on all aspects of the technical site set up of residential developments and preparing the site for plot sales. She has experience of large volume sales to bespoke conversions and small-scale developments.
Jade has dealt with developments that are a mixture of freehold and leasehold properties, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and other government schemes which include affordable housing and age restricted properties. Jade also has experience with advising clients on their registration of government schemes such as the Help to Buy Equity Loan.
In her spare time Jade enjoys walking with her cockapoo Barney, spending time with family and friends, going to yoga classes and keeping fit.
