Enable Law’s annual fundraising quiz

Each year Enable Law, our sister, firm run a quiz aimed at raising funds for a chosen charity. This March was our 11^th quiz, and a record-breaking £5,600 was raised for Aching Arms, a baby loss charity that provides support to bereaved families.

Bringing the business community together

The event was held at Somerset County Cricket Club and the Taunton business community came together in the name of a good cause. There were over 120 people in attendance from companies including Cooper Associates, AC Mole & Sons, Medbrief, Brewin Dolphin and Handelsbanken. After many rounds and against strong competition PKF Francis Clark emerged as the winners.  

Alongside the quiz an auction and raffle also took place with prizes donated from businesses such as Cooper Associates, Frenkel Topping, Exeter Racecourse, Mercure Hotels and Mulberry.

Supporting local causes

The annual quiz has now generated over £35,000 for causes in Somerset, with previous beneficiaries including Cerebra, Broadway Lodge, Brainwave, Conquest Equestrian Centre, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance, Headway Somerset and St Margaret’s Hospice.
