With 20 years of experience in HR, and over 10 years of this being in the legal sector, Clare is focused on enabling talented people to succeed by developing innovative and commercial solutions that align with the firm’s strategy. Clare works closely with the firm’s partners and leadership to ensure the attraction and retention of outstanding legal professionals, who can thrive and drive the firm’s continued growth and success.
Clare is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Outside of work, Clare is outdoors whenever possible, enjoying walking and running in the Cornish countryside with the odd dip in the sea.
