One of my favourite things about working at Foot Anstey is the people. It’s always a collegiate environment, everyone is really friendly and approachable. There’s a reason why people like coming into the firm, and it’s the reason why I’ve been here for so long.
There’s that open door culture, where you can just pick up the phone or go and see anyone and have a really good conversation about what’s on your desk and what’s on their desk, what’s changing in the market. It’s a real open, friendly feel and an entrepreneurial spirit that’s shared across the business.
It’s such a friendly and supportive working environment. It makes a huge difference to me in my experience of coming to work on a day-to-day basis and that has remained true despite double digit growth year-on-year for a long time now.

My team and the firm as a whole is incredibly supportive. The firm allows you to do work that you will not only find interesting, but that will help you develop.

One of the highlights since I joined was this year’s summer party. It was really nice to see colleagues outside of work – I think it’s important to well-being and building that positive attitude.

The firm is a place where you can discuss your mental health quite openly, which has been a big relief to me.
