- Advised a group of companies and individual in relation to a complex and high value family dispute concerning the ownership and control of several businesses in the North West, North East and the Midlands, involving five separate claims which culminated in a seven-week liability trial.
- Acted for a former CEO of an international racing company who was being sued for breach of various agreements and director’s duties in Hong Kong.
- Acted for a global telecommunications business and its chairman in a libel claim against a legal and PR consultant which resulted in the client being awarded £70,000 in damages plus an injunction restraining the defendants from repeating the same or similar allegations.
- Advised a well-known licensing company in a libel claim against a high-profile graffiti artist.
- Acted for a well-known talent agency in a claim against a former employee for breach of restrictive covenants.
- Advised a manufacturing company in a breach of contract claim with damages capped at £1,000,000.
