  • Acted for a former CEO of an international racing company who was being sued for breach of various agreements and director’s duties in Hong Kong.
  • Acted for a global telecommunications business and its chairman in a libel claim against a legal and PR consultant which resulted in the client being awarded £70,000 in damages plus an injunction restraining the defendants from repeating the same or similar allegations.
  • Advised a well-known licensing company in a libel claim against a high-profile graffiti artist.
  • Acted for a well-known talent agency in a claim against a former employee for breach of restrictive covenants.
