Charlie advises employers on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters specifically within the retail and consumer sector. Experienced in managing and negotiating Tribunal claims as well as helping clients with a variety of employee matters such as pre-claim conciliation, the exiting of staff, grievances, redundancies, business reorganisation and the transfer of employees.

Charlie aims to help clients achieve their end goal by working with the law rather than citing it as an obstacle. She also regularly delivers training and updates to HR/employee relations teams within the retail and consumer sector, using her experience of working with a variety of clients in their sector to share best practice, success stories and updates on changes in the law.
