She acts for banks on single-asset and portfolio acquisitions, refinancings and development financings across the commercial and residential real estate sectors, often involving cross-border structures and offshore elements.

Notable experience includes advising Riyad Bank (London Branch) on its largest real estate financing transaction to date, a £64 million facility to refinance the UK headquarters of an international law firm in Moorgate, London.
