Hannah is a managing associate in the Commercial, Data and Technology team at Foot Anstey. She advises on a broad range of commercial contracts and other matters relating to IP, technology and data protection, as well as advertising-related issues.
Hannah’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating complex supply chain agreements, IT outsourcing arrangements, SaaS services agreements and data sharing arrangements. Hannah has advised clients on commercial IP, IT and data issues arising in M&A transactions and investments, having worked on a range of high value, and international deals. She also has extensive experience advising clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
Hannah enjoys the challenge of approaching complex issues and finding practical ways forward for her clients. She finds building open and trusting relationships with her clients rewarding and enjoys getting to know clients on a holistic level to deliver genuinely useful advice and solutions. Having worked in-house at a luxury fashion house for a number of years, Hannah understands the challenges faced by in-house lawyers and how to work effectively with stakeholders to get the best results.
