Benjamin is a Solicitor in our Corporate team after completing his training contract with the firm. Benjamin works in the Private Equity team advising on a range of corporate M&A, corporate reorganisations and capital investments.
Whilst he was a trainee Benjamin learnt not only to become an expert in law but also a business advisor that can turn his legal knowledge into commercially savvy solutions for clients. Benjamin is particularly focused on understanding the mechanics of client businesses to assist them in achieving their goals.
In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys keeping active by running and playing football.
