Career & Experience
Ben works in our commercial litigation team, specialising in financial services advice, receiverships and contractual disputes. He is committed to delivering a high quality advisory service for clients, and works with some of the UK’s biggest banks.
His specific areas of interest include financial services litigation, receiverships, professional negligence and recovery actions. During his time at the firm, he has successfully undertaken two secondments with a large UK banking client, helping him to really understand the internal challenges our banking clients face and extend his knowledge of clients’ processes and procedures.
A keen football fan, Ben both follows and plays the sport, and has also completed both the Plymouth and Bristol Half Marathons.
