Amaarah is an Associate in the firm’s Investigations and Corporate Crime team.
Prior to joining the firm, Amaarah gained experience at an international firm working across investigations, regulatory matters and complex disputes, including a secondment to the litigation and investigations team of a multinational defence company.
Her experience includes internal investigations, regulatory and enforcement matters, corporate crime issues and the defence of regulatory proceedings. She has also supported clients on matters involving the Competition and Markets Authority, including a major UK water provider in connection with a price control review and a global technology company regarding potential designation under the UK’s digital markets regime. She has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, technology, defence, and utilities and infrastructure in a cross-jurisdictional context.
