Foot Anstey strengthens sector expertise with new Partner appointment

National law firm Foot Anstey has appointed highly experienced corporate real estate lawyer, Andrew Edwards, as a Partner. 

Andrew joins from Stevens & Bolton and will be based in Foot Anstey's Guildford hub.

He brings deep expertise across a number of the firm's key sectors including Developer, Private Equity and Retail and Consumer.

Andrew has a proven track record acting for developers, institutions, private equity houses, fund managers, property companies, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals. His practice spans a broad range of transactional real estate matters, providing strategic legal support and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

His appointment follows the hire of former Clyde & Co real estate expert, Mark Holloway, and forms part of the firm's ongoing expansion of its Guildford hub.

Andrew will work alongside Mark in the Real Estate team. Andrew commented: "I’m excited to join Foot Anstey, particularly given its strong reputation and sector approach.
