Market-leading enhanced parental pay

We support our people, through significant stages of their lives by offering 6 months enhanced primary and secondary carer leave with full pay, as well as an extensive return to work support programme.

Emergency back-up care

We offer you 10 days of funded back-up care through Bright Horizons to help you manage emergency child and eldercare when care arrangements fall through. There are also options to exchange your hours for tutoring.

Resources and support

Access expert advice, webinars and emotional support whenever you need it via our partnership with Work + Family Space.

Care reimbursement

If you need to attend a work or client event or training outside of normal working hours, and you need to pay for child or adult care, there’s an opportunity to cover those expenses.

Parental return support

Returning to work from extended parental leave can be stressful. We offer funded parental return coaching sessions to enable you to make that transition more confidently. Plus, we provide you with a buddy to give you extra support and a workplace network to share your experience with should you wish to.

Rewarding commitment with a sabbatical

Every five years, you have the chance to take a sabbatical of four weeks, fully paid and with additional spending money to help you to do something special with your time. Whether it’s taking a course you’ve always wanted to or jet setting to a tropical garden… the choice is yours!

Flexi hour

Exchange a full day of annual leave for 15 flexi hours which you can take in one- or two-hour chunks for a more flexible approach to time off.

Lifestyle hour

Everyone has one hour each week to use as you need – whether you need to run an errand during mid-morning or want to log off early one day.

Holidays

As well as 28 days’ holiday, we also offer you the option to buy up to a five days of additional holiday!

Birthday leave

An extra day off during your birthday month is our gift to you, and a great way to spend time with loved ones, indulge in a favourite hobby, or simply relax.

Cycle scheme

Private Medical Insurance

Pension

Our pension plan helps you prepare for the future with a 5% employer contribution when you contribute 3%, and matched contributions below this.

Life Assurance

In case the worst were to happen, our scheme is equivalent to five times your annual salary and provides you with additional services too such as a probate and bereavement support.

You can either create your will for free through our Group Life Assurance service, or have our in-house legal experts draft it for you, your spouse, or cohabiting partner at just 50% of the typical cost.
