Simone is the firm’s Executive Director – Colleague and Client Experience, leading the multi-site Facilities and Business Services team. She is a key stakeholder in major real estate and workplace projects, and partners with senior leaders and office managers, to align firmwide strategy with local needs.
Simone has international experience across the hospitality, financial services, energy, defence and legal sectors in the Caribbean, US, and UK. Her career highlights include managing diplomatic room blocks during a U.S Presidential Inauguration, delivering major service transformations for global corporate clients, and overseeing Housing and Repairs for over 2,000 US Royal Air Force accommodations in Suffolk, UK.
Outside of work, Simone enjoys travel, cultural immersion, and jazz.
