Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at the firm. She has significant experience in private equity, specifically in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (including multiple clients focussed on buy-and-build and strategic bolt-on acquisitions), investments, corporate disposals, corporate re-organisations and general day-to-day corporate governance matters.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys live music and theatre, coastal walking and tennis.
