Julia is a highly experienced Legal Director within our Commercial Property team. She specialises in advising large tenant operators in the retail space on acquisitions of both new build and existing sites along with estate management including lease renewals and regearings.
She also undertakes broader commercial property matters and prior to this role she spent nine years at a top 50 law firm representing well known hospitality brands including major pub companies, casual dining and quick service restaurants dealing with all transactional aspects of their property portfolios alongside multi-site corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Julia’s expertise lies in understanding her clients’ aims in the sectors which she represents and working with clients to drive transactions forward tenaciously to achieve their objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time on the water sailing.
