Heather has significant experience in professional negligence and commercial litigation matters. She advises in-house lawyers, business owners and senior employees on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes including commercial contract claims, disputes relating to employee restrictive covenants and breach of director duties. Heather also represents companies and individuals on a wide range of professional negligence issues.
Heather’s cases often involve proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal but she also utilises a range of alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate to settle disputes outside of the court process.
It is important to Heather that she provides practical and commercial solutions to her clients.
