Career & Experience

Heather has significant experience in high value and complex commercial disputes. She advises in-house lawyers, business owners and individuals on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes. Heather’s clients are based in the UK and overseas including individuals, owner managed businesses and well-known national and international brands. Her clients get her involved in matters at an early stage, often seeking input on day to day commercial dispute strategy and ways to avoid formal court proceedings where appropriate.
