Emily acts on behalf of business clients such as Islamic Finance Banks on the purchase of properties using an Islamic Finance structure, on residential sales and purchases and acting for individual clients purchasing freehold properties. She also has experience of acting for the firm’s housebuilder clients and acting for private clients in part exchanges and related sales.
