Career & Experience
Duncan is a Consultant at the firm having formerly been the Chair of the Foot Anstey Board and the CEO of a multinational group in the technology sector, and an investor, Chair and Non-executive Director of several other businesses in a variety of sectors.
Duncan has spent his entire career managing and advising SME’s on the challenges faced by growth, operational transformation and investor entry and exit.
Duncan’s hands-on experience of managing shareholders, investors and lenders (including troubleshooting commercial lending propositions for a top UK retail bank) and being the Managing Director for a Private Equity funded business, has given him a sound understanding of what constitutes value to investors and other stakeholders.
Away from business interests, Duncan travels with his family and enjoys keeping fit for his outdoor pursuits which include ski touring, mountaineering and sea kayaking.
