Donald leads the Foot Anstey McKees Transactional Property practice. He works alongside clients as a trusted adviser, providing practical, commercially focused property advice across Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
Donald advises investors, landlords, developers and lenders on a broad range of property matters and has long‑standing relationships with several leading financial institutions, including Bank of Ireland, AIB, Ulster Bank, Santander and Close Brothers. He has developed particular strength in sectors where property plays a critical role in wider business success, including retail and care homes, and regularly supports clients through acquisitions, sales, developments and funding projects.
A key part of Donald’s role is providing real estate support within wider commercial transactions.
