Dionne is a member of the firm’s New Build Conveyancing team, bringing extensive experience in open market and shared ownership purchases, mortgage transactions, Help to Buy redemptions, and part-exchange properties.
She is highly skilled in managing a large and varied caseload while delivering an efficient and seamless service to clients. Dionne works closely with a wide range of developers and housing associations, building strong relationships and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
Outside of work, Dionne enjoys reading, travelling to new countries and spending time with friends and family.
