Career & Experience
Caroline is a Managing Associate in our Legacies Team. She has significant experience in advising clients on a variety of contentious probate matters. Her expertise includes challenges to the validity of Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, removal of executors and contentious Court of Protection work including attorney and deputy disputes and contested Statutory Will applications. She has a particular experience advising charities on legacy disputes.
Outside of work Caroline enjoys running, going to the theatre and spending time with her two children.
